Biscookie : noun : [bihs-kook-ee]
Definition: A combination of a biscuit and a cookie. Not to be confused with a biscotti.
Again something that I obtained from a cooking show (which I have a love for, by the way), a biscookie is basically a biscuit that looks like a cookie. More or less anyway. But it sure looked delicious to me. As a disclaimer, many a person has used this word on cooking blogs and there's even a small company that has this as its name, but I'm using it anyway because it isn't a word. Officially anyway. And that's the point.
